Welcome to Rise and Roam Travel! Before participating in any of our group travel experiences, please carefully read the following terms and conditions:
Booking and Payment:
By booking a tour with Rise and Roam, you agree to provide accurate and complete information during the booking process. Full payment is required eight weeks prior to the start of the tour to secure your reservation. Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods specified on our website.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellation policies vary depending on the tour package and may be subject to fees. Please refer to the specific cancellation policy outlined for your chosen tour. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms specified in our cancellation policy.
Eligibility:
Our group travel experiences are tailored for female travelers aged 18 and above.
Participants must possess a valid passport and any required visas or travel documents for entry into South Africa.
Health and Medical Considerations:
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and fit to participate in our tours. We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional or travel clinic regarding any medical concerns or required vaccinations before traveling to South Africa.
Travel Documentation:
Foreign participants must possess valid passports and any required visas or travel documents for entry into South Africa. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with immigration and customs regulations. Rise and Roam Travel is not liable for any consequences resulting from failure to meet these requirements.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly advise purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances. Rise and Roam Travel is not liable for any losses or expenses incurred due to events beyond our control.
Changes to Itinerary:
While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, it may be subject to modifications based on availability, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. We reserve the right to make necessary changes to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our travellers.
Participant Conduct:
We expect all participants to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards fellow travellers, guides, and locals. Any behaviour deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in removal from the tour at Rise and Roam Travel’s
Liability Waiver:
Participation in our tours involves inherent risks, including but not limited to accidents, illness, and property damage. By booking a tour with Rise and Roam Travel, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release us from any liability for personal injury, loss, or damage.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of South Africa.
