- Costs associated with early departure or changes to the itinerary made at the participant’s request.
- Any expenses incurred due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or flight delays beyond the control of Rise and Roam.
- Any expenses incurred as a result of non-compliance with the tour operator’s terms and conditions, including misconduct or irresponsible behavior.
