Once tour dates are finalized, you will receive an invitation via email, prompting you to indicate your interest. You will have a 48-hour window from the time of the invitation to secure your spot by paying the deposit.

If you are unavailable for the specified tour date, you will remain on our applicant list and will be informed as new dates are announced. Invitations will include details regarding payment plans, recommended travel insurance options, and the terms and conditions associated with booking.
