Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise. As such, we have established the following cancellation policy for our group travel experiences in South Africa tailored specifically for female travellers from abroad:
Cancellation by Participant:
Cancellations made 8 months or more before the start date of the trip will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees incurred.
Cancellations made between 8 months and 6 months before the start date of the trip will be eligible for a partial refund, subject to a cancellation fee.
Cancellations made less than 6 months before the start date of the trip will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation by the Company:
In the rare event that we must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made to the company.
We reserve the right to cancel a trip if the minimum number of participants required for the trip to proceed is not met. In such cases, participants will be notified in advance, and efforts will be made to provide alternative travel options or a refund.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original transaction.
Please allow 30 days for refunds to be processed and credited back to your account.
Trip Insurance:
We highly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions.
Changes to Itinerary:
Please note that the itinerary provided is subject to modification based on availability, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control. Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the itinerary as soon as possible.
